When sending an announcement for sale / rent of a property, the following must be submitted: the three names of the owner, description of the property, including at least - exact location (settlement, region / neighborhood and exact address), type of property, type of construction, total and built-up area of the property, area of the premises in the property, number of storeys, photos of the property. The exact address of the property is not subject to publication.
3. Persons shall send a title deed, a sketch and construction documents, as the case may be. The trader is not responsible for the legal value of the relevant documents. Relevant documents are necessary only in order to establish the authenticity of the ad, as well as the right of the user to request publication of the relevant information.
4. By accepting these general terms and conditions, the persons agree that they are the owners of the respective properties, announced for sale / rent or are explicitly authorized by the owner, by virtue of an explicit power of attorney, service contract or other document certifying the representative their power.
5. In case the natural person performs actions on behalf of a legal entity, he / she needs an explicit authorization, expressed in a power of attorney or other similar document, confirming his / her actions on the part of the legal entity.
6. After establishing the necessary conditions under item 1 - item 5 of this section, Petrov and Peters OOD shall publish the respective announcement.
7. When posting ads for the sale / rental of real estate, users send the information about the property in some of the following ways: via e-mail posted on the site, in the "contacts" section or through the contact form on the site.
8. Access to the advertisement on the site is suspended, in case of an explicit application by the user, sent by e-mail in the "contacts" section or through the contact form on the site, when selling or renting the property, in case the property is not available for any other reason or in case of violations of these general conditions.
9. The trader reserves the right, in case of obvious discrepancy between the description of the property and the sent documents for it, as well as in case of lack of sufficient identifying features of the property, not to publish the advertisement or to request additional information from the user. the announcement until it is received.
10. Information constituting hyperlinks and logos of competing sites, photos representing another property, of a non-specifically offered one, as well as information having offensive, disgraceful or discriminatory content shall not be published.
11. Petrov & Peters Ltd. does not assume any responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, inability to deliver or maintain personal settings of the user, as well as for damages and lost profits that occurred as a result of or due to unavailability of the property. , including inability to use the site due to technical problems, prevention, etc.
12. Petrov & Peters Ltd. is not liable for any damages and losses incurred due to non-compliance with the provisions of this section.
V. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
